Pre-schoolers  (3-5yrs) at least 180 mins per day.
Spread the time throughout the day.
Within the 180 minutes include at least 60 minutes of moderate (can’t sing) to vigorous (can’t talk) activity. Jumping & bounding
Skipping
Walking & running
Scooting
Cycling
Swimming
Games
etc.
