Whilst these roles are voluntary, once we establish a good source of funding and other revenue streams, we will be looking to take on some F/T and P/T contractors. Our volunteer support is incredibly important to this initiative but we also want to pay those who are giving lots of time and energy to help PHA.
Administration

PHA Forum Admins
Supporting the onboarding of users into the correct private forums, monitoring comments and threads within public forums, acting as a point of contact for queries from users. We would ideally like to have between 5-10 people to help with this as we envisage it becoming an important part of connecting people.
Partners & Affiliates Support
We have a growing list of amazing Partners & Affiliates and would love to find someone who can maintain the relationships once formed, organising calls and acting as point of contact for any queries. This role will support our P&A Lead. B2B experience will be advantageous as well as good organisational skills.
Finance Support
Working as part of the finance team to help support the team leader with correspondence, invoicing and any adhoc admin tasks.
Emergency Services

Procurement Team
This is a huge area and we have an appeal set up to help fund this vital project. We will need a team dedicated to the procurement of emergency equipment for hubs and local communities to support the ambulance service crisis. We will require some experienced medical personnel to support this project as well as admin support.
First Aid Training Facilitators
As part of the Power of the Pound Appeal, we will be supporting communities around the UK with first aid training so that people within the community can support those at home until emergency services arrive. We need a team to connect with organisations that provide this vital training and organise their services across the UK.

Supporting our Marketing & PR lead with: planning and carrying out campaigns and strategies, writing and editing press releases and social media content and using all forms of media to help with exposure.
Mental Health

Mental Health Project Co-ordinators
Connecting with mental health groups that we can support and connect them with the hubs to provide services within local communities. Setting up a MH hotline with a team of practitioners to support the people of the UK at national level.
Mental Health Practitioners
Working alongside the MH hotline co-ordinator as part of the team to support the people of the UK at national level.
Project Leads
Role
Description
Merchandise Lead
Investigating potential suppliers for PHA merchandise, co-ordinating the designs, acting as point of contact, maintaining relationships.
Fundraising Lead
Heading up a team of fundraisers to help bring in vital funds for PHA. Fundraising experience neeeded and project management experience will be advantageous but not necessary as long as you are organised with great people skills and proactive.
Finance Lead
Working alongside the fundraising team to head up PHA finances. There will be many different income streams to manage as well as PHA funded projects such as the social care pot and emergency service support. This will require someone experienced in heading up a team and able to co-ordinate different elements.
Education Lead
This will be a big area for PHA and the right person will need to create a dedicated team to faciliate and organise webinars on a variety of topics as well as workshops and roundtable events with guest speakers. It will be a very diverse role and will be great for someone organised and comfortable overseeing and co-ordinating a team. Experience with organising webinars/events would be advantageous.
Social Media
Campaign Manager
We have a couple of big campaigns in the infancy stages which will become very big for PHA. Someone to oversee both of the campaigns across our social media platforms will be needed.
Social Media Assistants
Writing posts across multiple platforms and accounts in keeping with PHA messaging, monitoring comments and responding in a respectful manner.
