Track our journey since we launched in early 2022 and see what’s in the pipeline for the near future.
PHA Launch

Partnerships with likeminded organisations
An ongoing process to work and collaborate with other organisations and community groups to support the creation of health hubs and empower people to take responsibility for their own health.
Health Optimisation Programme (HoP)
Created by a team of health practitioners and researchers, we launched the HoP to help people on their healing journey – freely downloadable for all.
The Power of the Pound Appeal
As a community interest company, we rely on donations to enable us to continue supporting local communities and we recognise the strength in numbers.
Donating a small monthly amount can help keep our operational costs covered and has also enabled us to provide support to some of the hubs in our network for things like training, marketing, workshop costs and general setup costs. If you would like to support us, you can do so here.
“That interview” with Pam Gregory
Katherine spoke with world renowned Astrologer, Pam Gregory, which catapulted PHA internationally and started with the formation of PHA NZ on 23rd June 2022 with Australia following soon thereafter.
“The aim of PHA-NZ is to forge positive health outcomes for all New Zealanders by creating health abundance. Since its inception PHA NZ now has both virtual and physical hubs providing community support throughout the country”. Alexia, co-founder of PHA NZ.

Mental Health Support
A huge project that will require lots of help, with the aim of providing a full resource library of articles and webinars that take a holistic approach to mental health support. This will also include a directory of UK based organisations that offer free and low cost services to people. More details about this project and how to get involved can be found here.
Community Youth Project
We need to support our young people. Funds for this vital project will enable us to build a pilot youth hub that can be rolled out across the country and worldwide, providing a safe space, lots of support and learning potential.
