Ongoing research (currently doing a Masters in Lifestyle Medicine & Root Cause Health Coaching), latest information and education is central to my work (and way of life) sharing/teaching practical techniques to support in ways of ’how to help yourself’ are key.
Coaching is what makes the difference; identifying what’s ‘really’ going on, what’s getting in the way, what’s working and what isn’t, tackling unconscious beliefs and the habits which keeps someone stuck.
Coaching requires commitment and a willingness to venture into uncomfortable territory – the rewards are life changing!
