I came to Mindfulness totally by accident after a particularly difficult year. I had just one simple intention – to find a better way of dealing with the challenges that our lives can bring – a way of being less reactive and to quieten my inner critic. Mindfulness gave me so many moments of realisation and so many simple tools that I can use every day. I wanted to share what I had learned with as many people as possible.
Nothing gives me greater joy than teaching the 8 week course – giving people tools and techniques that will help them calm themselves, have a different relationship with their thoughts, manage difficulties more skilfully and be kinder to themselves.
I am registered with BAMBA and follow their Good Practice Guidelines.
