I have over 20 years of cooking & edible gardening experience, and I have trained in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy & Ayurveda (one of the worlds oldest holistic healthcare systems).

I offer nutritional advice, prep food for busy people and those with special dietary needs, help people create edible gardens using the no-dig method, as well as offering virtual consultations, coaching, and Solution Focused Hypnotherapy sessions for stress management.

I also offer a 12-week programme for digestive issues that combines Ayurveda with hypnotherapy.
