My name is Irina and I’m a qualified Health Coach. I have a passion for unlocking everyone’s capacity to reach their whole-health potential.

As your health coach, I will be using a holistic approach to tailor health goals to your specific needs, be it to improve symptoms of chronic disease, stress management, weight management or to empower you towards increased wellness.

In my 1:1 health coaching sessions you can expect a thorough assessment of all the pillars of good health (nutrition, movement, stress, sleep). We will then work together on a step by step plan towards achieving your health goals.
