I work mainly online providing Hypnotherapy for PTSD, anxiety, confidence, motivation, smoking cessation, drinking less alcohol, weight management, unwanted habits, fears and phobias, offering individual sessions and programmes.

I am an OldPain2Go practitioner, helping people to naturally release or drastically reduce pain which has previously been medically checked, with the only suggestion given is to take pain medication.

As an Angelic Reiki Master Teacher, I deliver practitioner levels workshops and facilitate Angelic Reik sessions for individuals. I work face to face locally, also distantly (online or at a pre-set time).

I am an EFT (tapping) practitioner, working online via Zoom or other agreed platforms.

I practice Indian Head Massage for local clients (mobile and at M,B&S events).

As with all natural therapies the power of intention plays a huge part and therefore the client is required to be open to accepting the therapy and expect an improvement in their condition.
