I offer a holistic, innovative, and integrated approach to wellness. I have worked with Reiki since 2012, and Systematic Kinesiology since 2016.

Key services
• Reiki at distance – I offer either single sessions or in series of four
• Holistic sessions at distance – one-hour sessions using a range of kinesiology and energy-balancing techniques
• Reiki at distance in the “Healing Circle” – offering affordable Reiki for people and animals
• Weight balancing program – using a variety of holistic techniques, I have helped my clients rebalance their weight in a gentle integrative approach in my six-week program.
• Equine health balancing – I also work with animals and have a special calling to work with horses, often working with horses and their owners. I propose yard visits for horses within a 20-mile radius of Devizes, Wiltshire. I also work with horses at a distance. Please consult me for details.

Long Covid
I am extremely interested in the holistic approaches available, especially from an energetic and nutritional viewpoint.

Training
My primary training is in Reiki and Systematic Kinesiology. To this base I have added Healing with Voice. I was trained as a Reiki Master by Gilles and Martine Tikka of Reiki France (2011-2012) and by Chrissie Rhyman in the UK (2016); as a Karuna Reiki Master by William Lee Rand (International Center for Reiki Training, 2020); in Systematic Kinesiology, Foundation Course (Rosie Dowbekin, ASK, 2015); Diploma in Kinesiology (Bristol School of Advanced Kinesiology, 2016); in Healing with Voice (Diploma from Sound Healing Academy, 2022). My approach to working with horses has been refined through both online training and in-person workshops with Gillian Higgins, the accomplished equine anatomist, and bio-mechanician, (Horses Inside Out). My degrees are in Botany (University of Durham, 1985), and a Doctorate in Genetics and Evolution (University of Cambridge, 1990). My scientific training forms the base of my holistic work.
