I completed my degree in Psychology and Sport (2003) and went on to complete my MSc in Sports Psychology in 2006. I decided to retrain as a Counselling Psychologist after working on an obesity prevention and treatment programme for young people. I have worked with adults since.

I started Mind over Mass in 2015 and left the NHS in 2021. I work with individuals who have complex relationships with food.
