The manic pace of modern life is out of step with human evolution. For many of us, ‘doing’ rather than ‘being’ is the focus of daily living, rendering us chronically burned out and unable to see any way possible to slow down. Our recreation/exercise routines, which we ironically call ‘work outs’, only add fuel to the fire. Yoga Therapy is reintegration of body, breath and mind. It is learning to listen to the body and take care of it.
