Sound healing one-to-one sessions are very specific and tailored to your needs. Initial sessions start with a consultation around your physical, emotional and mental health and any current challenges you maybe facing. Then a mutual agreement on treatment goals with intention-setting to empower you and support you on your healing journey. I work in person and online.
Sound healing and breathwork combined sessions can be done online. It’s not just the vibration that affects the body but the combination of notes played that affects the nervous system and the brainwaves, that then has the positive effect on the body and the mind. Bringing back balance and restoring neuro-coherence. You will be encouraged to carry out self-practice in between sessions to get the most of out of the treatment.
Personalised sessions combine reflective work and uncovering of self-limiting beliefs, and aim to help improve focus and overall health and wellbeing. These are not passive sessions and require engagement in the process through exploring thoughts, feelings and emotions. I work on and off the body and encourage you to use breathing techniques and your voice. I understand for some this may feel a little strange and too much out of your comfort zone, but remember nothing changes whilst in that little comfort bubble. Be brave, let loose and a whole new world will open up to you.
The following people should consult with their doctor before booking a sound session:
- People with Carotid stenosis
- People with a cardiac pacemaker, artificial heart valve or cardiac arrhythmias
- People with a stent or shunt
- People with a deep brain stimulation device (DBS)
- People with epilepsy
- Pregnant women
A minimum of 3 sessions is recommended to get the best results. Each session is charged at £40.
