Teaching yoga and offering healings gives me an opportunity to serve others, enabling me to really be of help to others in improving the quality of their lives.
Meditation brings the brainwave pattern into an alpha state that promotes healing. The mind becomes fresh, delicate, and beautiful. It cleanses and nourishes you from within and calms you, whenever you feel overwhelmed, unstable, or emotionally shut down.
Recently, a friend and I began running sound baths/gong therapy sessions. We adore what we do and it is incredible to see how much joy and benefit people get from these sessions.
