beings. Quantum physics teaches that everything in the Universe is energy and vibrates at different frequencies. Humans are no exception. We are a point of
consciousness in physical form having a human experience. We are vibrating beings of energy, operating within a certain frequency band. All healing therapies are based on understanding this and helping clients to recalibrate their energy field. Dis-ease and dis-harmony occur when the frequencies are interrupted.

⭐ Start a gratitude diary and add to it daily to boost inner peace.
⭐ Listen to harmonic music in the frequency of 432Hz or attend a sound meditation session.
