do you believe you create your reality?
everything in your life is created by you – everything, every experience, every relationship, everything – knowingly or unknowingly… even before you were born, as a soul, you chose your parents, your siblings, your schooling, the life to be born into to best grow and evolve as a soul in this lifetime…
and up to the age of 7 years you are simply a sponge absorbing and being programmed by everything and everyone around you; this is then reinforced by your then own embedded be-lie-f system and so you constantly repeat and reinforce your value system that you experienced as a child; you manifest bigger and bigger trials and experiences until there is a trigger is so big that you break the spell or it breaks you…
As a child, emotions, which are just energy in motion, are usually suppressed so they get stuck in the body and so will manifest in other ways as your body tries to show you that they need releasing; literally through your body as dis-ease, or in negative patterns of behaviour in your life, creating dysfunctional relationships, or poverty consciousness for example;
thoughts are electric and emotions are magnetic – what you think and feel you attract so if you feel anger you will attract more anger, if you feel unloved you will attract more unloved etc;
for example, if you experience toxic relationships, whether this be with a parent, or a sibling, a work colleague or a partner, this is because on some level, you do not feel love for yourself, and it is reflecting back to you particular issue/s or feeling/s that you have buried within you;
for example, someone who is codependent will likely have issues around boundaries – they cannot say no to people or set clear boundaries of what is acceptable behaviour for them; this is because on some level they do not value themselves enough to say No; there may have been a situation where they felt abandoned or neglected and so in order to receive ‘love’ they never say no; this will have been an emotional response set up usually in childhood that was not voiced at the time;
colour as a mirror
the beautiful colour bottles literally hold a mirror up to your soul, from which you cannot hide, so you can look deep within and see what has been stopping, blocking or preventing you from loving yourself and creating your best reality;
so working with the law of attraction, whatever we feel, we attract more of; EG, no boundaries, the person has increasingly worse experiences where their boundaries are crossed; boundaries is a green issue – the heart chakra and can lead to conditions such as anxiety, burnout and unexpressed anger; and even heart conditions, and it is the colour also a remedy colour to say enough is enough, no more, and set up your sacred space;
no matter what the issue is, the solution is always to be found in the relationship we have with ourselves.
31. the hermit
pale green / deep green
this bottle relates to the hermit in the tarot and is about badly needing your own space and boundaries; it indicates that you are overwhelmed with life’s responsibilities and need time out to rest and reflect; when life has presented you with challenges, it helps you stop and go within so that you can integrate the lessons you have learned; this bottle is about being able to function at the deepest levels from your heart, in the sense of making a difference in the world; if this gift is blocked or unexpressed, however, it could easily turn into martyrdom; learn to be at peace in your own space rather than craving what others appear to have; no one has more than you; green relates to the earth as well as the human heart chakra; as you heal your heart, you heal the earth; you have a deep connection with the earth and the devic realms; everything you touch will grow.
you may or may not chose the hermit bottle as a remedy for your soul – as your higher self will always know which is the right solution for you; energetically the colour system helps to swiftly identify and help remove the blocks that have been deeply buried in your psyche and the patterns that you have run on autopilot for the longest time; so you can return to love;
the answer is always love – the question is – what is the question…
“As you live deeper in the heart, the mirror gets clearer and cleaner.” Rumi
the law of attraction
if you feel unloved, you send that emotion to the universe and it sends more of the same right back; if you feel worthless, you may attract poverty because you do not put any value on yourself or feel you don’t deserve; if you feel fear, you attract more things to make you fearful, and so on; and on a conscious level you may be unaware that you are holding on to these programs…
so, when we begin to clear out the old negative emotions and feel more joy and love and peace, with gratitude – which is just a ‘great attitude’ – we attract more of the positives to us; and we can begin to take responsibility for co-creating our own reality reflection in alignment with spirit and what is for our highest good;
when you begin to love yourself unconditionally, your outer reality reflection changes and you will attract love in all forms into your life; if you begin to feel your worth you will attract abundance into your life and healthy relationships; when you begin to show love and respect and nurturing to yourself and your body, pain, disease and illness that has manifested in the body as a result of negative emotions, will begin to clear and heal; if you feel joy, you attract more joy.
“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.” Nikola Tesla
chakras are energy centres or ‘wheels’ in the body and the energy field around your body; a bit like roundabouts at major road junctions they all need to be open and flowing freely in order for you to be in balance, energised and feel well physically, mentally and emotionally;
over time, these chakras can get blocked or stuck as we, for example, do not exercise, or we get stuck in negative thinking or feelings and re-run old negative patterns of behaviour;
there are many chakras and the seven major chakras in the body each have a different colour frequency connecting to a specific area of the body; colours communicate directly to your soul body through the chakras to reveal what is really going on and what that means for the individual;
for example, the root chakra at the base of the spine is red and relates to all things physical – such as blood, life force, energy, pleasure, pain, family, ancestry, survival, anger and even violence; someone may be in physical pain, but it does not mean that they will select a red or red-based colour bottle; but the bottle/s they do select will give an indication of the underlying cause/s of the emotions which are manifesting in the body as pain or negative experiences;
the body will always try to tell us when something is wrong; if you deny your emotions for long enough it will manifest as pain, illness or dis-ease in the body until you begin to take notice; feeling is healing.
The sessions are interactive and client-led and there are many ways to use the colour bottles; one way is for the client to tune into their issue/feelings and select bottles to explore; they would then intuitively select a remedy bottle/s which will help clear the issue; another way is to look into the person’s soul colour numerology to reveal what lessons they carry through this lifetime which will become their mastery; this, as well as the bottles make great gifts for a loved one.
the colours are also very effective in business from top down, individually or in teams, exploring how to appreciate differences, deal with challenges or in fun team-building exercises; having spent many years in my previous life in teaching, training and coaching, working with individuals and teams, this is a joyful, caring way to approach differences and change;
because colours are communicating with us at a soul level, they work very well with children as they do not have the filters like adults who may try to figure it out in a logical left-brain way; so, we just play – moving around the bottles and clearing or transmuting the energies in this way; and of course with angst ridden teenagers who do not want to communicate at all…
whether you just want to enjoy a fun interactive session to discover a little more about what the magic of the colours can reveal for you, or you want clarity with a specific issue, or to take a real journey into personal growth, Colour Mirrors can help you;
“Your perception of me is a reflection of you ~ my reaction to you is an awareness of me.”
how to use the bottles and sprays
there are 87 bottles in the colour mirrors set plus approximately 50 sprays;
the two-coloured bottles are made up of aromatherapy oils, all-natural flower and plant extract; to really benefit from the colour vibration, it is most effective to bathe in the frequency you energetically connect with at the time; whether you pour in a few drops or the whole bottle, you can enjoy the amount you feel is right for you; the skin is the body’s largest organ and porous, so like a tea bag, the body will absorb the frequencies and energies of the colours into the areas of the body it most needs; at the very least, this is an indulgent and luxurious treat for your body and soul;
the bottles can be enjoyed just as beautiful ornaments, but they are more powerful if you use them, so you can reach for a bottle when in need and dab a little on any part of your body that you intuitively feel is right; it’s nice to dab the oils on the pulse points or soles of feet before bedtime or to lay down for a meditation;
there are essences or sprays of one colour frequency, also with natural aromatherapy ingredients; these can be used as a perfume to regularly spritz – just spray it into your hands, inhale it and waft it over your head to take in the energy and message of that particular spray bottle; for example, Earth is a copper colour linking to your earth star chakra and really smells of earth; it helps you to ground and feel safe if you may be feeling disconnected or unsafe;
the collective consciousness and humanity now
we live in an age where the heart has been neglected at the expense of left-brain logic, information overload and timeline thinking; when we open the heart aligned with the brow chakra, we balance our left and right brain, centre ourselves in the ‘Now’ moment and we can begin to manifest the reality that we truly want;
these are unprecedented times; with the incredible events unfolding on our planet Gaia today, and the age of Aquarius upon us, it is time to heal our hearts and move out of the lower three survival chakras once and for all; as we are triggered by external events, we are being forced to look within and open our hearts; this means feeling; earth = heart
enlightenment comes from going deep into the shadow self and shining a light on the dark aspects of ourselves that we have kept buried, stuck, hidden or even forgotten; when we clear out the shadow sides of our consciousness, come into balance, we find peace and love within ourselves, opening our hearts, then we can not only change our own reality but we can change the world and humanity; raising your vibration out of density helps raise the collective into light – the en-light-ened state; it has never been so important as now;
“One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious.” – C.G. Jung
colour mirrors journey
colour Mirrors is a diagnostic tool and like any therapy, it will only truly work if the individual is serious about their personal growth; if you are ready to look deep within, take the journey to clear out your old hidden, buried or stuck or blocked programs and take responsibility – which is only ever the ability to respond – you have the power to change your reality and be truly Happy; Colour Mirrors is a unique, beautiful, joyful, and powerful way of accessing often hidden, buried blocks and self-sabotaging patterns which prevent full and complete happiness, without having to revisit any buried trauma;
there are no new emotions; every emotion we feel as adults is a rerun of old emotions that caused us upset, distress or trauma usually in childhood; when we uncover the old, often forgotten emotions, we are able to release them and bring the body’s energy system back into balance;
seeking in the mirror
Colour Mirrors is ultimately about self-inquiry and self-improvement; how we can be the best version of ourselves and find our purpose and our Joy and ultimately be of service in the world; every negative emotion is low vibration; we only ‘ascend’ through high vibration – in other words – through positive emotions and Joy; colour is an aid to going within and seeking answers that are already within us so we can live in Joy; it is a journey and a process, where you remember that you are a high vibrational soul having a human experience; where you unlearn old programs and become more aligned with the self, become the observer of your emotions, feel, release, and recalibrate.
remember – what you see and experience ‘out there’ is a reality reflection of what is going on ‘in there’ so – heal yourself – heal the world;
letting go of the story
i have a story like everyone else; i discovered the colours over 30 years ago, but like everyone on this earth, I had some experiencing and exploring to do, and eventually the journey led me back to Colour; when you recognise yourself as a soul having a human experience you can begin to let go of the story and live more in the ‘Now’ moment, which is where your true power resides;
i am a woman who at times acts as a holistic practitioner offering massage, aromatherapy, reiki, eft/tapping and specialising in Colour Mirrors; colour sessions are amazing on their own or by combining them with the other therapies like EFT/tapping or Reiki; the colour sessions can be in person or online over zoom as energy travels everywhere;
the Colour Mirrors family is worldwide, each of us with unique specialities and approaches but with one thing in common – our desire to be of service and our love and belief in the power of Colour to help heal the soul.
“Colour is the keyboard, the eyes are the harmonies, the soul is the piano with many strings. The artist is the hand that plays, touching one key or another, to cause vibrations in the soul.” Wassily Kandinsky
